We were excited when Metaco asked us to design from scratch the user experience for their neo banking app concept based on decentralized financial (DeFi) technology. Based on strong personas definition, we then mapped & structured the product scope and design the user flows of the different services & features. Finally, we design the final user interfaces & delivered an interactive prototype which could be used for user testing to gather feedback and recommendations for improvements.
